Pearwood-Smoked Sangria

Savor the vibrant fusion of flavors in the Pearwood-Smoked Sangria. This enticing blend of red wine, fruit juices, and brandy is elevated with the essence of smoky pearwood, offering a delightful and aromatic twist on the beloved Spanish cocktail.



  • 4 oz Red Wine

  • 1 oz Orange Liqueur

  • Fresh Fruit Slices (e.g., oranges, apples, and berries)

  • Sparkling Water

  • Pear Wood Chips




  1. Place a pinch of pear wood chips in the smoker and ignite.

  2. Smoke the inside of a wine glass with the pear wood smoke.

  3. In the glass, combine the red wine and orange liqueur.

  4. Add fresh fruit slices to the glass.

  5. Top off with sparkling water.

  6. Stir gently.
