2 oz Rye Whiskey

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Hickory Wood Chips

Maple Syrup

Luxardo Cherry (for garnish)
Instructions:

Place a pinch of hickory wood chips in the smoker and ignite.

Smoke the inside of a chilled cocktail glass with the hickory wood smoke.

In a mixing glass, combine the rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters with ice.
